About the Vestry:

A Vestry is an Anglican term for what might otherwise be understood as a board of directors of a secular non-profit institution.  The Vestry takes care of the secular business of the church.  Rather than a board chair, the Senior Warden presides over the Vestry.  The Junior Warden traditionally looks after the facilities.
